As we look ahead to the 2026 season, the Shipyards Christmas Market continues to define the holiday experience in Western Canada.
Following a landmark year that welcomed over 500,000 visitors, we are raising the bar once again, refining the experience, curating an even stronger vendor mix, and introducing new moments of discovery throughout the Shipyards District.
2026 will be our most ambitious season yet.

The Shipyards Christmas Market is a delightful holiday experience. Weave your way through the sparkling lights and aisles of 100+ wooden stalls selling unique artisanal gifts. Enjoy festive music, skate on the ice rink, admire the City’s Christmas tree, visit Santa's chalet, appreciate community entertainment, and indulging in seasonal treats like bratwursts, mulled wine and hot cocoa. Over 140 vendors bring the finest European cuisine and greatest gifts to the City of North Vancouver.

We are conveniently located near the Seabus and bus routes. The market is open during the following hours in 2026:
November 27 – December 21
Sunday to Thursday – 11:00 to 21:00
Friday to Saturday – 11:00 to 22:00
December 21, 22 and 23 – 11:00 to 22:00
December 24 – 11:00 to 20:00

To support sensory-friendly experiences, visitors will find free ear plugs for adults, child-sized headsets available to borrow at our info booth, and a festive-themed welcome pack with a few thoughtful items designed to help neurodiverse guests enjoy the market comfortably.
