By filling out the Shipyards Christmas Market Volunteer Application Form, "you" (the Entertainment applicant) hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Parfait Productions Inc. and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the services "you" provide to Parfait Productions Inc. and the Shipyards Christmas Market. "You" understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Parfait Productions Inc. from any liability or claim that "you" may have against Parfait Productions Inc. with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the services "you" provide to Parfait Productions Inc. and the Shipyards Christmas Market or occurring while "you" are providing entertainment services.
